  To access the livestreams, you can register on watch.lottovolleyleague.be and subscribe. Once registered, you can log in and view all available content.
  
  
• Are there costs associated with watching the matches?
  Yes, there are costs associated with watching live matches. You can choose from various subscription options or one-time access passes for specific matches:
• Season pass (€40): Access to all matches from both the men's and women's competitions throughout the entire season. This pass also allows you to watch the BENE conference matches and play-off matches.
• League pass (€25): Access to all matches from either the men's or women's competition, depending on your preference. This pass also allows access to the BENE conference matches (men) and play-off matches (men and women) of the league.
• Club pass (€20): Follow the matches – both home and away – of your favorite club with access to all live streams of that specific club. This pass also includes access to the BENE conference matches (home games men) and play-off matches (men and women) of the club.
• Playoff pass (€20): Access to all matches from both the men's and women's playoffs.
• Playoff pass men (€12,50): Access to al men's playoff matches, including both the BeNe Conference and the Playoff Champion.
• Playoff pass women (€12,50): Access to all women's playoff matches, including both the Playoff Challenge and the Playoff Champion.
• Match pass (€2.50): One-time access to a match of your choice.

• Do I need to purchase a new pass for the playoffs?
  If you already have a Season pass, a League pass or a Club pass, you can also use it to watch the playoff matches.
  A Season pass provides access to all playoff matches, a League pass provides access to all men's or women's playoff matches, depending on which League pass you have, and a Club pass provides access to all playoff matches of that specific club. 
  
  
• Where can I watch the home matches of the Dutch clubs in the BeNe Conference?
  The home matches of the Dutch clubs in the BeNe Conference are broadcast via Eyecons.
  
  
• Can I rewatch matches?
  Yes, you can after a short delay.
  
  
• On which devices can I watch the matches?
  Watch.lottovolleyleague.be is available on various devices, such as your computer, tablet, and smartphone. As long as you have an internet connection, you can watch the matches anywhere.
  
  
• How can I create an account?
  Go to the website and click on ‘Register.’ Follow the steps to create an account. After registration, you can log in and choose a subscription to access the livestreams.
  
  
• Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
  No, once you've purchased a pass, you cannot reverse it. The product is not automatically renewed.
  
  
• Are there any geographic restrictions?
  The platform is primarily aimed at users in Belgium. Some livestreams and videos may have geo-restrictions depending on your location. This will be indicated if applicable.

• How do I stay informed about new content?
  You can sign up for our newsletter or follow us on social media to stay updated on new content, live matches, and exclusive offers.
  
  
• How can I cast matches to my TV?
  To cast matches from watch.lottovolleyleague.be to your TV, you need a casting device such as Chromecast or a smart TV. Follow these steps:
• Make sure your TV and the device you're streaming from (smartphone, tablet, or computer) are connected to the same Wi-Fi network.
• Open the stream on watch.lottovolleyleague.be via your device.
• Click on the cast icon that appears in the video player and select your TV from the list of available devices.
• Once connected, the match will automatically play on your TV.

• What happens if there are technical issues and I can't watch my match?
  If there are technical issues at the club or on the platform and you purchased a match voucher for a specific match that you can't watch, we will provide a solution. In case of disruptions where the match can't be streamed, you will receive a new voucher for another match of your choice. Contact our customer service, and we will assist you as soon as possible with a replacement voucher.
